Is it safe to order online?

Of course. Army of Men uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online please contact us to arrange payment.

Are my personal details safe with Army of Men?

Army of Men practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and do not share any of our customers' information with any other parties.

How can I place an order?

Online using paypal or your credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
 
Can I only order online?
 

For the most part, orders are only taken through our webshop and by email. If you want to have a look at the range in person, sign up to our mailing list so you can be notified when we take our range on the road. We’ll often travel to fairs and events in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
 
How do I choose my size?
 

We’ve got a whole page devoted to that. Check out our Size Chart page. Sizing standards vary a great deal between countries and manufacturers. As such, we highly recommend taking your measurements with a tape measure. Get a friend to help if you’re unsure. Our size chart page illustrates all the different points you’ll need to measure to ensure you get the best fit. For some of our products, you’ll be asked to select your height. We do this so that our short and tall customers get gear that sits on all the right spots. If you fall outside our size range, we’ll still be able to make you what you want. Get in touch by email and we’ll sort you out.
 
Why so many sizes? Aren’t your products adjustable?
 

Yes, the vast majority of our products are adjustable, but we still want our customers to look their best in our gear. That’s why we’ve created the size matrix we have, so that whatever your size or height, you’ll get a product that is tailored to your measurement and height with maximum flexibility. This way if your size changes a bit, or you want to wear your gear over clothes, for instance, you’ll have the flexibility in adjustment to do so.
 
How long does it take to make?
 

We are a made-to-order business. This means we manufacture your goods once an order has been placed. Our general timeline is that your order will be made within 4 business days. We do our best to make your gear as soon as possible and most of the time, your order should only take a few days before dispatch. If we know that your order will take more than a week to make, we’ll always contact you to make sure you’re ok with it.
 
Why are you made-to-order?
 

We’ve decided to be made-to-order for a couple reasons. First, it allows us to make our product in a wider range of sizes so that our customers get the best possible fit. Second, we get comments all the time from guys who want something different. Making to order means that we don’t flood the market with a ton of the same stuff, and only make the things that specific guys want. It keeps our range as exclusive as possible.
 
What does it mean when it says Back in Stock Soon?
 

If a product is listed as Back in Stock Soon, it means that we are temporarily out of materials or components to make that item. Any of these items can be pre-ordered. See our pre-order page for more details. 
 
How accurate are your colours displayed online?


We do our best to render the colours as accurately as we can on the product pages, but due to the variations in colour rendering by different computer operating systems and monitors, we cannot guarantee the colour you see will be the exact colour you receive. We spend a lot of time sourcing the best colours of leather that we think our customers will love. If, however, you find you’re still not satisfied with our product, we have an easy returns/exchange policy.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unworn, unused and with labels intact.

How do I look after my products?
